At times it becomes necessary to cancel or transfer your registration to another date. If your original workshop is more than 3 weeks away, please complete the below form for cancellation or transfer.

Note our cancellation/transfer policy:

• Transfer Policy: Participants who wish to reschedule their workshop may do so for a $75 transfer fee. Transfers must be requested at least 3 weeks prior to workshop start and must be scheduled within one year from original date of workshop. There is no guarantee about location of future workshops, and travel of participant may be necessary. Workshop may only be transferred one time.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy-If you need to cancel your registration more than three weeks prior to the workshop, you will receive a refund minus our non-refundable deposit fee of $150.00. There will be no refunds within three weeks of the start of the workshop unless there is a waiting list and your space is filled.
